Professional Summary
I earned my doctorate degree in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and completed my internship at Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital.
Throughout my clinical training, I have gained experience working with children, adolescents, and their families across a variety of settings, including a university-based clinic, a pediatric development center, a therapeutic day school, a mental health hospital, a private practice, and in-home.
My clinical work is dedicated to the holistic assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and emerging adults with behavior concerns, attention and executive functioning difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and anxiety. I am also passionate about providing parent training and facilitating group therapy.
I employ a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach in my practice, drawing from a research-grounded framework to help individuals develop insight, resilience, and improved coping skills.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I prioritize staying active by working out, training for my next 5k, and spending quality time with my family. On rainy days, I find solace in a cup of tea and a good podcast.
