No. Many people come to therapy for general support or personal growth.
It depends on your goals and needs. Some benefit from short-term support, others from ongoing therapy.
Yes. We are in-network with BlueCross BlueShield and Aetna. We offer a free, 15-minute consultation to check your benefits coverage and provide an estimate.
The cost of services will vary based on your insurance plan.
If you are uninsured or self-paying, each 50-minute session is $200.
Group therapy sessions are $75.
We also offer payment plans and sliding-scale payments on a limited basis. Please contact us for more information.
No, at this time we do not accept Medicare/Medicaid.
All in-person therapy sessions take place at our Lombard office location at 1919 S Highland Ave., Ste D-200.
We also offer virtual therapy via telehealth, as well as hybrid options to accommodate your needs.
Yes. We work with adults with ADHD at all stages—whether you’ve been recently diagnosed, have suspected ADHD, or have been managing it for years.
Our approach goes beyond just symptom management. We help you better understand how your brain works while building practical strategies for things like organization, time management, focus, and emotional regulation. We also address the impact ADHD can have on self-esteem, relationships, and burnout.
All our clinicians are ADHD-CCSP trained and take a neurodiversity-affirming approach, meaning we focus on supporting your strengths while helping you navigate challenges in a way that fits your life.
Yes, we offer therapy services in both English and Spanish.
