Therapy that meets you where you are

Life can feel overwhelming — even when everything “looks fine” on the outside.

You may be dealing with anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, or patterns that feel hard to break. Or maybe you’re simply feeling stuck and unsure of what’s next.

"I've made more progress here in four months than I did in four years of [prior] therapy."

"Once I started sessions with Alyssa I realized very quickly what a different experience it is to work with someone who can very clearly see my neurodiversity at work (in both my strengths and challenges) and help me see things truly, clearly, and with grace."
