Lombard, IL / Hybrid
This is a part-time role typically held by a graduate student who is seeking an advanced degree in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or another related field specifically interested in obtaining experience with testing materials.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection: Communicating with clients to obtain self-report assessments as a portion of the full neuropsychological assessment.
Data Transcription: Adding data to neuropsychological reports.
Report Writing: Adding demographic information, lists, recommendations, or other templated portions to the report.
Record Maintenance: Maintaining accurate and confidential records for all client files.
Communication: Consultation and collaboration with testing providers via email, chat, and during meetings.
This position generally does not provide direct patient care, focusing instead on the administrative support needed for providers to function effectively.

Complete accredited degree requirements (bachelors degree or higher)

Participation or interest in a graduate program related to neuropsychological assessment including cognitive, objective, and/or projective assessments.
Work Requirements
Attend all required meetings
Monthly testing team meeting
Weekly individual meeting with Director of Diagnostic Services Department
This is a hybrid position and can be done completely remote; however, we highly encourage applicants to consider working in-office at least one day per week.
Pay and Benefits
This position is paid at $15.00 per hour. Part-time employees are eligible for paid time off. Employees are responsible for tracking their hours.
