A gentle, supportive start for your child
When your child is struggling, it can be hard to know how to help. You may be noticing big emotions, behavior changes, or challenges at school — and you just want your child to feel happy, confident, and secure.
Child therapy provides a safe, supportive space where children can express themselves, build coping skills, and better understand their emotions. We meet children where they are, using developmentally appropriate approaches that feel natural and engaging.
We also work closely with parents, because meaningful change happens when children feel supported both in and outside of sessions.
Our Approach
Every child is different, and therapy should reflect that.
We use a blend of evidence-based and relational approaches, including:
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
-
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
-
Play-based and experiential therapy
-
Brainspotting
-
Parent coaching and collaboration
-
Mindfulness and emotional regulation skills
Our approach is neurodiversity-affirming, meaning we focus on understanding your child — not “fixing” them.
WE SUPPORT CHILDREN EXPERIENCING:

Anxiety
Emotional Regulation
Behavioral Challenges
School-Related Stress
