This group is where you can explore what it means to be you, celebrate your unique background, and connect with other teens who understand the challenges and strengths of having diverse cultural experiences. We'll dive into topics like belonging, self-expression, and communication, giving you the tools to confidently own your story and build connections.

MEET THE FACILITATORS
Jess Hudson, LPC
Jess is a bilingual (English/Spanish) counselor who is passionate about supporting teens as they navigate identity, culture, and life’s challenges. She brings experience across school, community, and clinical settings, and creates a safe, affirming, and culturally responsive space where adolescents feel seen, understood, and empowered. Her approach is relational, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, with a focus on building trust, connection, and confidence.

Jacob Borge, LPC
Jacob Borge, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about supporting teens and young adults in a safe, affirming, and culturally responsive space. As an adopted Korean American and member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Jacob understands how identity, culture, and lived experiences shape mental health and connection. He works with clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression, emotional regulation, family dynamics, and life transitions. Jacob’s approach is compassionate, authentic, and focused on helping individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered.

To register, simply schedule a brief, 15-minute consultation with a member of our intake team. They will check your benefits, answer questions, and enroll you in the group.
Each session is therapist-led and includes guided discussion, space to share experiences, and practical strategies you can use in daily life.
Coverage can vary. We can discuss payment and insurance options during your consultation.
Your insurance may cover all or some of your sessions. If you are uninsured or self-paying, group therapy sessions are billed at $75 per session.
