Alyssa Smolke, LPC

she/her

Staff Clinician

I am a counselor who enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan. I have experience working with children and adolescents, as well as adults. I specialize in working with ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression, and suicidal ideation.

I prioritize creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their feelings and experiences. I believe the best treatment emerges from an authentic relationship between a client and therapist who work collaboratively. I also have a background in yoga and meditation, and I enjoy incorporating them into my work when appropriate.

When I am not practicing therapy, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, going on walks, and participating in book clubs.
