I'm a licensed professional counselor with a passion for helping individuals ready to make a positive change in their lives. I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and anger management.

I strive to create a safe space in which clients can feel comfortable sharing their stories. I recognize that change is not easy. Therefore, I want my clients to feel that they are not alone in their journey working toward the best version of themselves.

When I am not practicing therapy, I enjoy walking my dog, reading, spending time with family and friends, and going to sporting events.
