The Testing Process
Testing begins with an intake interview to understand your concerns and history, followed by individualized testing sessions based on your specific needs. Once testing is complete, we meet for a feedback session to review the results and recommendations, and you will receive a detailed written report. Recommendations often include workplace or academic accommodations, therapy or other supports, and strategies to help with attention, organization, and daily functioning.
What You Receive After Testing
After the evaluation, you will receive a clear explanation of the results, a detailed written report, and specific recommendations for work, school, and daily life. Our goal is not just to provide a diagnosis, but to help you better understand how your brain works and what steps you can take to move forward more effectively.

Is Virtual Psychological Testing Accurate?
When conducted by licensed psychologists using validated tools, virtual psychological testing can provide highly accurate and reliable results.
Many psychological assessments have been adapted and validated for telehealth administration, allowing clinicians to follow the same standardized testing procedures used in in-person evaluations.
During your evaluation, testing is conducted live with a psychologist who guides you through each step of the process. Results are carefully scored and interpreted using established clinical methods to ensure an accurate and meaningful assessment.
To support this process, we use secure digital systems designed specifically for psychological evaluation, including:
-
HIPAA-secure telehealth video platform
-
Digital, science-backed cognitive testing tools
-
Standardized behavioral rating scales
-
Secure scoring and report generation systems
These tools allow us to maintain the same clinical rigor as in-person testing while offering the convenience and flexibility of completing your evaluation from home.

"Thank you so much for everything! The diagnosis has helped explain a lot over the past few months and I'm doing better than I have in a long time. You've helped my husband and I and we are both so grateful."
"I truly appreciate your help with everything. The whole evaluation process could not have been more seamless. Your kindness, understanding, and professionalism gave me more confidence in the whole process and my diagnoses. I have no doubt you are helping so many people in your work and are truly making a difference in their lives like you did mine."
