Joyful Woman Outdoors

What We Test For

We provide comprehensive evaluations for:

  • ADHD

  • Autism

  • Learning disabilities

  • Dyslexia

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma

  • Emotional and behavioral concerns

  • Executive functioning challenges

The Testing Process

Testing begins with an intake interview to understand your concerns and history, followed by individualized testing sessions based on your specific needs. Once testing is complete, we meet for a feedback session to review the results and recommendations, and you will receive a detailed written report. Recommendations often include workplace or academic accommodations, therapy or other supports, and strategies to help with attention, organization, and daily functioning.

What You Receive After Testing

After the evaluation, you will receive a clear explanation of the results, a detailed written report, and specific recommendations for work, school, and daily life. Our goal is not just to provide a diagnosis, but to help you better understand how your brain works and what steps you can take to move forward more effectively.

In-Office Testing

In-person testing at our Lombard, IL office provides a structured environment for comprehensive, face-to-face evaluation.

Online Testing

Online testing allows adults in 43 states to complete a comprehensive evaluation from home using secure, research-supported tools.

Hybrid Testing

Hybrid testing combines in-office and online sessions, offering flexibility while still providing a comprehensive evaluation.

Director of Diagnostic Evaluation Services

"Thank you so much for everything! The diagnosis has helped explain a lot over the past few months and I'm doing better than I have in a long time. You've helped my husband and I and we are both so grateful."

"I truly appreciate your help with everything.  The whole evaluation process could not have been more seamless.  Your kindness, understanding, and professionalism gave me more confidence in the whole process and my diagnoses.  I have no doubt you are helping so many people in your work and are truly making a difference in their lives like you did mine."

Highly recommend! The team at Lotus Bloom are responsive, fast-acting, and caring. I got a neuropsychological exam and they were able to get me in quickly and for cheaper compared to other practices. Dr. Lara helped me immensely and was very kind and patient throughout the entire process. I cannot thank her enough!
