Individual Therapy
In individual therapy we work together to support your growth and healing.
Our therapists utilize evidenced-based interventions that result in effective change.
Adults
(18 years and older)
Our clinicians are trained in development across the lifespan and experienced in working with neurodivergent adults. We work with you to create custom goals in individual therapy.
Adolescents
(12 to 18 years old)
Our clinicians are specialized in child development and understand how to connect with teenagers. We work closely with families and support parents throughout our work.
Children

If your child is struggling, we would be happy to support you with parent guidance, or talk with you about your child's unique circumstances. Our clinicians work closely with families when working with children.
