Adults

Our clinicians are trained in development across the lifespan and have specialized experience supporting neurodivergent adults. Together, we’ll create therapy goals that are unique to your needs, whether you’re managing stress, relationships, career challenges, or a diagnosis.

Youth Counseling

Adolescence can be a time of both growth and struggle. Our clinicians are experienced in teen therapy and know how to connect with young people in ways that feel genuine and supportive. We also work closely with families, offering guidance and resources for parents to strengthen communication and foster resilience at home.

1 / Do you take insurance?

Yes. We have clinicians paneled with Blue Cross /Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO & Preferred, Blue Choice Options, Aetna PPO, and United Healthcare (Optum). Learn more on our Fees page.

2 / How much will my therapy sessions cost?

Each insurance plan is different. The amount that you pay for services is determined by your insurance policy. We will complete a complimentary benefits check prior to your consultation. However, we always recommend that clients understand their mental health benefits before beginning services. To see a list of our out of pocket rates, please visit our Fees page.

3 / Which therapist will I see?

During the consultation appointment, you will meet with our intake staff. For ongoing services, you will be matched with a clinician at our office. This is a unique service that helps you find the best fit based on your needs.

4 / What will my treatment plan look like?

After your first appointment, your clinician will share thoughtful recommendations and partner with you to create a treatment plan that feels right for you. Together, you’ll set goals, check in on your progress regularly, and make adjustments along the way to support your growth.

5 / Where will my therapy sessions take place?

We offer both in-person therapy sessions at our Lombard, Illinois location as well as telehealth appointments for Illinois residents. Learn more about our virtual services here.

6 / Do you offer telehealth / virtual therapy?

YES! You can book virtual therapy appointments with our clinicians as long as you are a current resident of Illinois. Learn more about our virtual services here.

7 / How do I access my telehealth appointment?

You will receive a link from Simple Practice 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Simple Practice is our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

8 / Can I get a reminder for my therapy appointment?

Yes. You will receive one email reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment and one text reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment.

You can adjust your reminders in your client portal.

9 / How long do therapy sessions last?

Our therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes.
