Location and Operations:

Our practice currently operates in two locations. Our Lombard location provides both in-person and virtual services. The Lombard location provides a shared office space in the heart of downtown Lombard, accessible off the UP-West Metra line. There are multiple restaurants, coffee stops, and other local businesses located within downtown Lombard. The shared office space is located on the second floor or a walk-up building, with free parking. Our office is flooded by sunlight with South-facing windows. In each private office space, we supply a standing desk, second monitor, detached camera, mouse, and cordless headphones. These technologies stay at the office and are available for clinicians working at the Lombard office location. The space also provides a waiting room and restroom. The practice supplies drinking water and light snacks, as well as a meal-prep space. Therapy tools and marketing materials are available for clinicians to use.

Our Naperville office continues to operate in a completely virtual format. Office hours in both locations are 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday 8:00am to 2:00pm. Clinicians are not permitted to work outside of office hours. Each clinician creates their own availability to see clients within these operational hours.

Compensation and Benefits:

Clinicians at our practice earn a percentage of the revenue from their clinical hours. Inquire for more specific information about the payment structure at our practice.

Full-time employees are provided with the option to use our medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as our 401k. A portion of insurance premiums and retirement contributions are matched by our practice. Clinicians are added to our group malpractice insurance. All licensed clinicians are provided compensation for continuing education credits required to maintain their license. All clinicians are sponsored by the practice to obtain their ADHD Certification training.

All team members are provided with their own HIPPA compliant EMR, phone number, and email address. The practice also provides billing support from our dedicated billing specialist. Our intake team handles all incoming cases, and we match clients with clinicians. This ensures a good fit for both parties. We have seen an superior retention rate among our clients and attribute our matching process to this statistic at our practice.

Staff are provided opportunities to participate in diagnostic evaluations, mentorship/supervision, collaboration with other area providers, community outreach, development of community presentations, and participation in the growth of our professional network. Each clinician can determine how much or how little they would like to be involved in these activities at the practice.
