FAQs

  • We accept Medicare Advantage plans from Aetna, United Healthcare, and BlueCross BlueShield.

We do not accept government-offered Medicare at this time.

  • Original Medicare is a federally run health insurance program (Parts A and B), while Medicare Advantage (Part C) is an all-in-one alternative offered by private insurance companies.

  • Because Medigap plans supplement Original Medicare, they only pay secondary to Original Medicare claims. Since our practice is not in-network with Original Medicare, Medigap policies cannot be billed for our services.

  • This depends on your specific Medicare Advantage plan:

    • HMO Plans: Usually require a referral from your primary care physician (PCP) prior to your appointment.

    • PPO Plans: Generally do not require a referral, provided our office is in your plan's network.

We recommend checking with your insurance provider prior to your visit.
