We want the payment process to feel simple and stress-free. Below you’ll find an overview of our service fees and payment options.

Payment Options
All of our services are billable to insurance.
​
Prior to beginning services, we will review your payment options during a 15-minute consultation with our support staff. If you use insurance to pay for your services, we will obtain an estimate of your mental health benefits from your insurance carrier.
​
Ultimately, it is your responsibility to understand your insurance policy and benefits. We review your benefits as a courtesy. ​
In-Network Insurance
We are in-network with BCBS PPO, BCBS Choice, Aetna PPO, and United Healthcare PPO.
At this time, United Healthcare PPO is only in-network for testing services, not therapy.

A Good Faith Estimate will be provided to you should you choose to pay Out of Pocket for services.

We Accept Insurance

Late Cancellation / No Show Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can change unexpectedly. To honor the time our clinicians set aside for each client, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

As of March 1, 2025, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $75 fee for the first occurrence and $150 for each time thereafter.​ Missed testing appointments carry a $350 fee, as these sessions require extensive preparation. If we’re able to reschedule your appointment, we’re happy to waive the fee.

Out of pocket rates are listed here. ​​If you use insurance to pay for services, your costs will be determined by your insurance carrier. We bill for all services rendered; therefore, your cost will depend on the services rendered to you. Please inquire for more information.

Out of Pocket Testing Service Fees
If you’re paying out of pocket for testing, our rates are listed below. If you’re using insurance, your exact cost will depend on your plan and coverage details. We bill for all services provided, and costs may vary based on the type of evaluation or therapy you receive.

Frequently Asked Questions
1 / Do you take insurance?
Yes. We have clinicians panelled with Blue Cross/Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO & Preferred, Blue Choice Options, Aetna PPO, and UnitedHealthcare (Optum).
2 / Will I be charged if I cancel an appointment?
Canceling with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of $75.00 for the first event and $150.00 for each event thereafter. (New Policy as of March 1st, 2025).

Missed testing appointments will result in a fee of $350.00 per event.
3 / How do I pay for my services?
We accept cash, check or credit card, including HSA accounts. You may pay for your sessions including co-payments, deductibles or any amount that is not covered by your insurance, with whichever method you choose.
4 / When is payment due?
Fees or copayments are due after each service is rendered. We will bill you unless an alternative arrangement is made. If you receive a bill, we ask it be paid within 30 days of the rendered service.
After 30 days a late fee of $50.00 will incur and a statement will be mailed to you.
After 60 days, an additional late fee of $50.00 will incur and a final notice will be mailed to you.
After 90 days, an additional late fee of $50.00 will incur and your account will be sent to a collection agency for further processing.
5 / Can you keep my payment information on file?
Yes. Our clients often find it easier to keep a credit card on file for convenient and timely payments.
6 / Do you offer sliding scale / income-based payments?
We do offer sliding scale payments on a limited basis. Please inquire for more details.
