Mindfulness for Teens
A safe, supportive space for high school girls to build mindfulness skills and confidence
Led by Jess Hudson, M.S.
Tuesdays at 5pm
Is your teen struggling with worry, stress, or feeling overwhelmed? Our group therapy program provides a warm, welcoming environment where high school girls can connect with peers who understand what they’re going through. Together, we’ll focus on mindfulness skills that help teens manage anxiety, feel more grounded, and navigate life’s challenges with resilience.

Why Mindfulness?
Research shows that mindfulness can improve emotional regulation, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and help teens feel more grounded in their day-to-day lives. By practicing together, you can begin to feel more in control and supported, both inside and outside the group.
About Jess Hudson
Jess Hudson, M.S., is a bilingual (English/Spanish) counselor who is passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults. She has experience in schools, community programs, and clinical settings, and often partners with families to encourage growth and healing. Jess creates a safe, affirming space where young people feel understood and empowered, using a relational, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach.
