Your logo will be displayed on promotional materials, including print and digital media, email blasts, the event website, and the Swag Bags passed out to attendees.

2 / What is provided for me at the event?

We will provide a table and chairs, as well as event signage.

3 / What do I need to bring?

Bring anything you need to promote your health and wellness brand, which may include:

• Signage

• Tablecloth

• Flyers / coupons / promotional materials / giveaways

• Demonstration materials

• Activities​

4 / How can I help promote the event?

Tell your clients and network! If you'd like us to deliver flyers to your office to hand out, contact us. We'll also have assets available to download to use on your social media, website, etc. 

5 / How do I sign up to be a vendor?

Simply fill out our interest form to reserve your booth. (Spaces are limited!)

6 / Is there a vendor fee?

No! This is a free event for the community and for participating health and wellness businesses. However, if you're interested in sponsoring the event, contact us.
