Showcase your services to the Lombard community

Join us for Love Your Health, a free community health and wellness event in Lombard! This is a wonderful opportunity for local providers, organizations, and wellness businesses to connect with families, share valuable resources, and promote healthy living. Over 30,000 people visit Yorktown Center each Saturday in February!

Booth spaces are free but limited, so we encourage you to reserve your spot soon by filling out the interest form below. Help us make this event a celebration of connection, care, and community well-being.

Frequently Asked Questions

1 / Where will I be featured as a vendor?

Your brand may be featured on promotional materials, including print and digital media, as well as the event website.

*Vendors accepted after 1/11/26 will not be included in the list of vendors on print materials due to publication. You will be included on digital materials.

2 / What is provided for me at the event?

We will provide space, event signage, and swag bags that will be given to the first 500 attendees. If you'd like to include a printout in the swag bags, please deliver 500 copies to the Lotus Bloom Psychology office or arrange a pickup.

3 / What do I need to bring?

Bring anything you need to promote your health and wellness brand, which may include:

  • Signage

  • Table

  • Chairs

  • Tablecloth

  • Flyers / promotional materials

  • Demonstration materials

  • Activities

We want this to be an engaging, community-centered event. Please plan to DO something with attendees and avoid giveaways.

4 / How can I help promote the event?

Tell your clients and network! We have an online Vendor Promo Toolkit that we'll update with fresh copy and assets you can use to promote the event. 

5 / How do I sign up to be a vendor?

Simply fill out our interest form. (Spaces are limited!) If accepted, we'll respond via email.

6 / Is there a vendor fee?

No! This is a free event for the community and for participating health and wellness businesses.

7 / What kind of vendors will be there?

There will be a diverse array of health and wellness-focused businesses that serve the Lombard community. This may include (but is not limited to) businesses that provide:

  • Medical services

    • Primary care physicians​

    • Pediatricians

    • Dentists

    • Orthodontists

  • Therapy

    • OT/Speech​

    • Mental health counselors

8 / Where is the event?

The Love Your Health fair will be at Yorktown Center, a shopping center located at 203 Yorktown Center
Lombard, IL 60148. 

9 / How do I include a printed item in the swag bags that will be distributed?

The first 500 participants will receive a branded swag bag. If you'd like, vendors may include one printed item in the bag. The deadline is February 6th, 2026.

 

You can either:

Deliver or ship 500 flyers to the Lotus Bloom Psychology Office, 1919 S. Highland Ave, Ste D-200, Lombard, IL 60148

or

Have the flyers picked up on Feb 6th, 2026 between 1pm and 3pm by a Lotus Bloom Psychology staff member.

10 / What is the prize and how do I contribute?

Participants will have a passport they can have stamped at each booth. Completing their passport qualifies them to win one of two large prizes - a YETI cooler filled with items.

We need your help! Please contribute to the prize with an item or items relevant to your business. This may include:

Certificates for services

Branded items

Physical items your business sells

Physical items related to your business

11 / Where will my booth be located?

We will email you a mall map with your assigned location closer to the event date. Stay tuned!
